You signed in with a phone number, email, Google or Apple. Deleting the account removes the synced copy from our servers too.

Deletes your account, all synced data from our Firebase servers, and your on-device data.
- Delete your account in the app. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This immediately and permanently removes your account and all synced data from our servers. This cannot be undone.
- Uninstall the app. This removes the remaining on-device data — your local history, settings, and cached sessions.
If you use the app anonymously (no account)
All your data is on your device — no account to delete.
- Uninstall the app. This removes all on-device data — your history, streaks, custom naams, and settings.
- Email us if you want remote data deleted. Write to support@jaapdaily.com and request deletion. The only remote data we hold for anonymous users is anonymous analytics in Firebase — we will delete it within 30 days.
One caveat, from the Privacy Policy. Uninstalling removes everything on your device. If you ever signed in, the bare Firebase Auth account identifier stays on our side — unreachable, with no personal data attached — until the account itself is deleted, which uninstalling alone does not do. Your phone
iOS — device data
- Uninstall the app. iOS removes the app's sandbox completely.
- If you've enabled iCloud backup: iPhone Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Jaap Daily → Delete Data.
Android — device data
- Settings → Apps → Jaap Daily → Storage → Clear data. Erases history, settings, and custom naams while leaving the app installed.
- To remove entirely: uninstall it.
- If you've enabled Google Drive backup: Drive app → Settings → Backups → Jaap Daily → Delete.
Website data
- If you used the contact form, email support@jaapdaily.com requesting deletion — we'll wipe it from our inbox and Resend's logs.
- If you've consented to cookies, click "Cookies" in our footer and choose Reject — this stops GA4, Meta Pixel and Yandex Metrica from loading on future visits.

Deletion of an account and its synced data is immediate and cannot be undone.

Anything you cannot do from inside the app — anonymous analytics, contact-form email, or a request on behalf of someone whose account you manage — takes one email. We respond within 30 days.
