Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
Using the app or site means agreeing to these terms.
2. License
Personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal devotional practice. Commercial or public use has additional terms — see Section 3.
3. Commercial & public use
Using JaapDaily for your own devotional practice is free, always — and sharing that personally, like a story or a recommendation to a friend, is welcome.
Commercial use is different. Featuring JaapDaily in sponsored content, paid promotions, monetized videos, or as part of a business or influencer campaign requires prior written permission from SPARK WA Foundation, the non-profit that publishes JaapDaily. Write to support@jaapdaily.com before you publish.
If you do post about JaapDaily publicly — Instagram, YouTube, or elsewhere — we'd be grateful if you tagged @jaapdaily. It's not required, but it helps us see how the app is supporting people's practice.
4. Donations
Voluntary, non-refundable, not tax-deductible. The supporter badge is a thank-you only.
5. Restrictions
No reverse engineering. No automated scraping of the site.
6. No warranty
The app and site are provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for any specific purpose.
7. Liability
Our liability is capped at the total donations made by you, which for most users is zero.
8. Changes
Terms may change. Significant changes will be announced in-app.
9. Governing law
India, Gujarat.
